About the new Daft Punk album...
<JeffreyAtW> Anyway, I think this isn't fake
<JeffreyAtW> Rather, it's real crap. :(((((((
<Karva> The Brainwasher is crap
<JeffreyAtW> The entire album is fucking shit.
<Karva> yes I agree. I do believe this is the actual album
* Karva sobs
<JeffreyAtW> Let's establish this - it's the worst of the three.
<JeffreyAtW> By FAR.
<Karva> It's not even in the same league
<Karva> it's not even in the same fucking sport

Seriously you guys, every track sounds the same... they use the same instruments, and barely even any samples at all. No ingenuity. Nothing stands out. Bangalter & co. aren't even trying, it's just depressing.

* Karva plays Technologic... W TF
<Karva> this is like
<Karva> a parody of HBFS [ed note: harder better faster stronger]
<Karva> There is no god
<Karva> first the tsumani now this
<JeffreyAtW> hahaha
<Pirate|CoH> haha you're equating a daft punk album to a tsunami
<Karva> YE
<Karva> ES
<JeffreyAtW> god was warning us about the daft punk album
<IanJ> haha

No Way
Theres no way this is the real album.

Considering how ground breaking and awesome the first two albums are as well as their solo stuff (buffalo bunch etc) theres no way they would relesae an album this dull or repetitive, they couldnt and wouldnt do it.

Apart from being Robots they have a massive grip on technology (Do you not remember the special DP membership that came with discovery).

They knew that people would be downloading it like lunatics and have relesed a gash copy to fool all the non-buyers. Im sure they are loving the fact that loads of people are raving about their trash album that probably took them 10 min to make!

Re: No Way
The album on p2p is fake.. Same as when discovery came out. All p2p versions sounded like they could be the real deal, but wasnt. It was more like worksheets, forever looped samples, and so on =) That explains why the title of the tracks actually match.

Come on, have a little faith in the best electronic producers of all time. This cannot be the real thing. In pariticilar 'make love' indicates that it is a fake album! Its extremely poor, fades a loop in, continues for 5min, and fades the excact same loop out. I can actually hear a small out-of-tone when the loop cycle repeats =)

Re: No Way
I hadn't heard the downloaded songs when I posted above, but after hearing just two of them, I believed in what you wrote here, there's no way those songs could be real. I think that's pretty cool of them, but now I have no idea where to get the real songs. :(
(I COULD buy it, but I still don't know if I like the album..)
